Terms of Service

These Terms apply to your use of the Project Prometheus website, course, community, tools and calls (the "Services"), provided by Project Prometheus ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Services or submitting your details, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

1. Who can use the Services

• You must be at least 18 years old and live in Australia.
• You must not be self-excluded through BetStop or any bookmaker, and must not use the Services to get around a self-exclusion or account restriction.
• You are responsible for making sure matched betting and the accounts you open are lawful for you and allowed under each bookmaker's and Betfair's terms.

2. What we provide

We provide education about matched betting and access to tools, including the course, the Simulator, the Paddock browser extension and prompts to build tools on our AI app builder partner's platform. We are not a bookmaker or wagering service. We do not take bets, hold your money, place bets for you or give betting tips.

3. Free access and third-party costs

The course and our tools are provided free because we receive a commission or referral fee from our AI app builder partner when you sign up to one of their plans through our link. You pay that partner directly for your plan under their own terms. Any money you deposit with bookmakers or Betfair is yours and is held by them, not us. Betfair commission, bank fees and any other third-party charges are your responsibility.

4. No guarantee of results

Examples and figures, including "$3,000" and "about $77 per offer", are illustrations based on typical welcome offers. They are not promises. Your results depend on offer availability, bookmaker terms, odds movements, Betfair liquidity, account restrictions, your own accuracy and other factors outside our control. You can lose money if you make mistakes, such as placing the wrong stake, not getting a lay bet fully matched or betting on the wrong selection.

5. Not financial or legal advice

Nothing in the Services is financial, tax or legal advice. Talk to a qualified professional about your own situation, including whether any winnings affect your tax position.

6. Calls, SMS and email

When you submit your details you agree that we and our team may contact you by phone call, SMS and email about your access and the Services, including from numbers you may not recognise. You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP and out of email using the unsubscribe link, or by contacting us.

7. Your account and conduct

• Keep your logins private. Don't share, resell or redistribute the course, prompts or tools.
• Don't use the Services for anything unlawful, misleading or abusive, or to break any bookmaker's terms.
• We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All course content, prompts, tools, designs and trademarks in the Services belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning while you have access.

9. Third-party services

The Services link to or rely on third parties including our AI app builder partner, Betfair, bookmakers, Google Chrome and Skool. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their services, terms, availability or decisions, such as limiting or closing your accounts.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. Subject to those rights, the Services are provided "as is" and, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from your bets, accounts or third-party services. Where our liability can't be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the Services or paying the cost of having them resupplied.

11. Responsible gambling

Only use money you can afford to park. If betting stops being fun or you feel you can't stop, call Gambling Help on 1800 858 858, visit gamblinghelponline.org.au or self-exclude at betstop.gov.au.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms or change the Services. The latest version will always be on this page. Using the Services after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that state.
