Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Project Prometheus ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use the Project Prometheus website, course, tools and calls. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
1. What we collect
- Details you give us: first and last name, email, mobile number, and your answers to eligibility questions (such as being 18+ and living in Australia).
- Call and message records: notes and recordings of calls with our team, and SMS and email history.
- Course and tool data: your progress and anything you choose to enter into tools we provide.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, ad and campaign source (UTM tags), cookies and pixel data.
We do not collect your bookmaker, Betfair or bank passwords. The Paddock extension does not read passwords or place bets. Login details you save in tools you build on our AI app builder partner's platform are stored in your own account with them, not by us.
2. How we use it
- To call, text and email you about your free access and to set you up.
- To deliver the course, tools and support.
- To confirm your app builder sign-up so we can be credited for the referral.
- To measure and improve our ads and website, including through Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
- To meet our legal obligations and handle complaints.
3. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Services, such as our CRM and phone/SMS providers, email platform, website and form hosting, Skool, our AI app builder partner and its referral partners, and Meta for ad measurement. They may only use it to provide services to us. Some of these providers store data overseas, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand how people find and use our pages and to show relevant ads. You can block cookies in your browser and manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
5. Marketing and opting out
We send marketing messages in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Reply STOP to any SMS, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us to stop marketing. We may still contact you about your account where needed.
6. Keeping it safe
We store your information with reputable providers and limit access to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we'll act quickly if something goes wrong and notify you where the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme requires it.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information while you use the Services and for as long as we need it for legal, tax or record-keeping reasons, then delete or de-identify it.
8. Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing admin@projectprometheus.com.au. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not happy with how we handle a privacy complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
9. Age
The Services are only for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 and will delete it if we find out we have.

We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page.
